Omdat het blijven voeren van de varkens te kostbaar is, gaan ze in kleine groepjes langs de slager en vervolgens het vrieshuis in.

Het was nooit de bedoeling om twee worpen zo snel achter elkaar te hebben, maar Olivier, de beer die al weer even terug naar Brabandt verhuisde, brak de schuur af en was niet meer tegen te houden. Ik gooide er nog een lasso omheen in een verwoede poging hem op andere gedachten te brengen, maar werd al gauw mee getrokken en belandde in de blub.

Een tweedehands silo brengt weliswaar verlichting in het financiële plaatje mbt de olijke knorrepotten, maar er zijn grenzen.

Friemel en Bommel blijven. En mogelijk één big van beiden. Maar de rest gaat weg.

 

Een aantal vriezers zijn helemaal gevuld met de heerlijkste karbonades, hamlappen, worsten ed,

Dus was er een oplossing nodig voor de anderen. En dat werd het vrieshuis te Harreveld.

Daar hangen sinds vanmorgen de 6 halve karkassen, van de drie varkens die afgelopen zaterdag geslacht werden en ruim over de 100 kilo wogen.
