Anoeska, de kruising Border Collie van bijna 11 jaar maakt sinds kort deel uit van het vaste kernteam van Dogwerk.
Een klant van Dogwerk belde me; op haar werk zaten ze met Anoeska omhoog aangezien de bazin was opgenomen en het er naar uit zag dat zij ook in de toekomst, Anoeska geen thuis meer kon bieden. Het asiel zou haar, gezien haar leeftijd, en het feit dat ze overvol zaten, euthanaseren. Dat wilden we voorkomen, zeker ook omdat Anoeska levendig en gezond is.
Na de eerste dagen onder het bed doorbracht te hebben, laat ze zich nu steeds vaker zien en speelt zo af en toe voorzichtig met de andere honden. Juli ´09
Zaterdag 1 augustus ging ze voor het eerst mee met de hele groep naar Slangenburg voor een heerlijke wandeling. En nu, nog geen zes weken later speelt ze voor het eerst met een andere hond. Elke dag gaat ze zienderogen vooruit!
