Liesbeth Visser de boerderij 'de Kleine Kers'

De statige boom, een sierkers, die reeds vele jaren de boerderij ‘De Kleine kers’ in het voorjaar met een roze wolk van bloesem sierde, is helaas door ouderdom gesneuveld.

Menige tak hing half-afgebroken naar beneden en het was niet anders dan dat ie om moest. Het werd gevaarlijk voor mens, dier, auto en huis.

Met een kettingzaag was de klus snel geklaard.

Om de ontstane leegte op te vullen, heb ik een esdoorn geplant. Deze zal in de herfst prachtig rood kleuren.

De andere kersenbomen die op het terrein staan, blijven hopelijk nog even!
